You didn't look hard enough. With Helix it's under movies(vod) and then under sports replays...UFC 242. Or search ufc when you're in the movies (vod)section.
Check bt sports catch up if it was there.
Cyberflix and UnlockMyTTP both have it. Search for UFC under the movies category
