So I find it annoying everyday I have to go and update EPG manually to populate , despite setting this to update everyday. Anyone experience this ? I’m running it on a MiBox

I use an android app called TaskBomb its on the google play store and doesn't require root access. You just set up a task to automatically open an app (TiviMate) and close the app after 10 mins or so and you can schedule it for 5am. I always have my H96pro on constantly and this works for me. Awesome app.
Pay the $5 for premium, totally worth it.
Why does tivimate dont see the epg which is included in the m3u file. I have the free version but it should pick that up without it? Even smart iptv app pick up the built in epg guide why does not tivimate? I even tried to manually update the epg but it does not. My reseller did not give me a epg url but i know epg is in the m3u file itself and smart iptv does show it so what am i missing here?
That’s normal as far as I know, unless u pay for premium it will then update automatically
