IP Smarters is a nice enough app. There are others I would recommend over it though. iPlayTV is a very popular app and there is also op IPTV and Snappy IPTV - coded by me.

iplay is another app that is ment to be good for the apple tv
After trying Smarters and several other apps settled with iPlayTV. Very happy with it.
Yeah quite a good app if I'm honest alot us that xciptv and tivimate
