Page loading error

I'm getting a page loading error.

My internet is enabled and so is both ethernet and wifi.

The portal is http://dtv.goldtv.biz but the loading error says to check the connection and page URL. I checked the connection here http://www.websitedown.info/dtv.goldtv.biz but it looks fine.

Anything else I can do to troubleshoot?

My model is MAG322 and version 2.20.09r4-324

Might have to get your provider to reset your Mac address.

It could mean that the server is having problems.

Gold also changed URL.

Or maybe problem with your router.

Or internet connection.

Try rebooting first your mag. If it doesn't work try rebooting router and modem.
