Hardware / software

by Loopygram

A couple of weeks ago I started using IPTV Smarters Pro. There are certain channels where the audio is so far off that it's humorous to watch but not funny when trying to watch the channel. I read in one of these archived threads about changing it from software to hardware, however, I do not even see this option in my settings. Any suggestions would be appreciated. It's all new to me.

Not sure if this will fix your issue but that's where you'll find those settings.

Have you tried using an app like TiviMate or Perfect Player?

The software / hardware option will depend on what device you are using. I see it in my Firestick and Shield. But I don’t see it on my iPad or LG TV which use Smarters apps.

Are you referring to the Hardware Accelerated audio? The Software and Hardware decoder settings can be found in Settings (top right to the left of switch user) - Built-in Player Settings

All if the settings you would need to deal with those issues are in “settings” as stated. Also, don’t forget the opportunity to use an external player that may help with your problem depending on the channel.
