How well has your IPTV Provider been communicating with you during this down time?

Here is a play by play of Beast updates over the last fews days. Beast may not offer the best service but I can't complain about their support. Progress is being made folks and I am sure other's will be back up and running soon. This is from their Telegram group.

September 18th

As most of you are aware (and if you are not) Xtream Codes CMS (XC) is shut down as of now. This includes all of their services and websites. XC is the main software used by 99% of IPTV services to provide content to you, friends, and family. We will stop new signups and current unpaid invoices from processing until everything has settled down and we have more information direct from Xtream Codes. Meanwhile, content is still working but we do not for how much longer and can not give a timeline until it ceases.

We will do our best to restore service to all current clients. If, in fact, Xtream Codes is permanently shut down we will attempt to migrate to a new platform. We ask everyone to please be reasonable and don't send us e-mails or tickets.

To answer your main question - No, we are not going to run away and steal from you guys so please do not panic. Everything will be honored as per paid services and return to normal as soon as possible. In the event of any delay, time will be added to your subscriptions at no extra cost to you.

As soon as we know more details this post will be updated.

September 19th

This has been a crazy 36 hours for us as well as the entire IPTV community.

The good thing is that everyone is working together with many possible solutions to get us all back up and running. Some services are still running but they cannot access their streams or reseller panels at the moment. Most of the main channel providers are still down as well.

We are still working hard at another solution.

We have a few possible senarios that we are testing and we are just trying to figure out what is the best option going forward for our clients. The reason why everyone used Xtream Codes (XC) was because the apps you use to connect to watch streams - web players, custom apps, billing platforms, etc were all built around it and was the most stable option.

Now that this is gone we need to figure out what the next best thing is and make everything work together. 99% percent of the other services you see online are in the same predicament and we are all working together to figure this out. We appriciate your patience and we will honor all the time you have purchased and we refund anyone who wants out. But, we do hope that you see how upfront and transparent we are and the work we do to keep our clientel happy. We have opened up our ticket section if you have any further questions!

We'll continue to update you as we gather more information and results.

BIG UPDATE!

Progress is being made as we are testing a new platform.

You will notice all the channels have been removed and will see some come and go. You also may get network errors or not even be able to log in at all. This is completely normal as we begin our testing phase.

We will start adding channels back this Friday-Saturday if everything goes well with these tests. Our servers are being reconfigured to work with the new platform as well.

September 20th #2 Update

Well this is proving to be a lot longer process then we originally thought. We are now playing the waiting game as we wait for the provider of the new platform to fix a few things for us. They are swamped because lots of services are switching to them as well.

We ask for your patience and everyone will be compensated with the lost time when we get back to full capacity.

BIG UPDATE!

We have successfully migrated to our new platform. We have done some testing and things are looking really good. You will notice an error when you load the APK just ignore it we have to figure out what is causing that but channels will still load. We have worked for 48 hours straight and we finally have some channels going. We will be adding all channels back over the next few days. USA/SPORTS/CANADA will be first priorty and hopefully we can be all sorted for NFL sunday!

I currently have five services. Two never went down. One was back up within 24 hours. The other two are back up this morning.

My provider, Boom Media has not been quite as communicative as Beast has. We got the one email on the 18th letting us know of the problem. Describing it briefly. On the website they posted another message on the 19th saying they were working on it, the website also had a header saying they expected to be up and running again in 24-48 hours. That’s all though. But at least the website is still there right? I’m confident they’ll be back up soon as they said, they just aren’t as chatty as yours. For now I can’t log in to the EPG, just gives me an error message. Really hoping it’s back in time for Sunday’s F1 race and Liverpool footie.

My Provider updates : * iptv007 * No Down time happened with them just new users have to wait around 24 hours to get there SUB working , i guess there automation was on xtream codes :

18/9 : Resellers : xtream Portal is temporarily offline, you can still use our backup panel .

18/9 : Our Automated Server is facing some technical issues , Automatic Accounts Activation might experience some delays

20/9 : News : Our services are not being affected by the latest procedures worldwide , we run several backup platform . All our services and servers are up and running .

21/9 : NEWS : We are aware that some streams are DOWN. Our techs are working on this issue and new sources will be added in the next few hours .

21/9 : News:All our services are up and running, However some major Sources went offline (third parties ) we are aware of this issue and our techs are doing there best to bring alternative sources, This can take some time, no need to open tickets regarding this issue. Stay tuned.

22/9 : PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASE : Account activation can take up to 24 hours .only contact us if you do not receive your line in the next 24 hours .

So yes my provider is still online , most channels i watch are still up , some disappeared including some sports but we can say they are 70 to 80 % running without issues

My main provider is online currently, albeit with a lot of channels down. My back up sub vanished the same day, and both their website and discord appear to be offline, so not holding out any hope of them coming back.

My provider has a forum where they have been open about the issues, they cannot add new stuff and have stopped any new sign-ups. At the moment channels I want to watch are working, not had any real issues.

They did mention the new provider but are being cautious before jumping on-board.

i've not heard a peep, nothing on their website says anything either but i just checked and yep its not working so must have been impacted - i know the one I use kept things on the down low, like the website you subscribe for didn't mention iptv at all but still... an announcement or an email would do no harm

My provider has been fantastic during this whole experience. There was only 15 hours of complete downtime. All things back to normal today

One of the smaller niche' providers I use as back up has actually came back online, with a new portal url and UK / USA Channels back. No VOD, 24/7 and International channels yet but what is available seems stable. I'd originally given up on them with having no updates and the website offline, but it seems that they have recovered fairly quickly, which would make sense, given them probably only having a few hundred subs, would be much quicker for them to import and move to a new platform.

IPTV Ultras have nothing on the website or in the client area. I've messaged directly via email and via the contact us thing and heard nothing back.

Only thing I've noticed is you cannot buy new services via the website, but in terms of communication, there's been absolutely zero.

When it comes to the service, when it first went down you couldn't connect to the portal. You can connect now and the EPG loads but there's no channels. VOD still works fine.

Lovely IPTV service, crap customer service.

Update for this morning: Can't connect to portal again.

I am with LighStreams and its been pretty MEH, but at least they did NOT take my money and run so far. They SAY they will be up and running soon. However their definition of SOON may differ than mine.

it was effected and will go down if not down already

there will be "band aids" put in place but its gonna take a long time to get this fixed in the long term and NOBODY knows how long it will take, Find alternatives
