Syndicate IPTV

Hey everyone. I am after some advice, I currently use syndicate IPTV plus through a subscription. I have had this for about 18 months now. First 15 months was perfect and I had little to no issues, none am getting issues and the person I sub to isn't responding, I am currently getting a "network error, please try again" when trying to load all the programs, movies and series. So I can not watch anything. I have internet connection to my fire stick and I have tryed turning everything off and back on. I have also tryed to clear the cache. I havent cleared the data because I dont know my password to get back on and like I said before I cant ask the person I sub to because they seem to have gone MIA. Any advice on this would be much appreciated thanks.

Issues across loads of the IPTV providers at the min mate, there’s been a fair few posts about it recently.
