Just as in the title. And of course the provider "Great IPTV Sub" (oxymoron) has replied to my ticket twice in the past four days with:
- Reboot Device - Of course we did
- Select a different media player in the settings - I believe this example is only for STB Emulators because I cannot open a side menu that has a "Media Player" setting.
Any other thoughts? Both of our STBs went down the same day. All of our family members across the area are having no issues.
Are all family members using the same service?
Sounds like the thing you want to watch is just not there.
