So no email and 4 days before my sub was due they charged me, their site pretty much said they should be back. I kinda doubt it, seeing how they were pretty new. Would this be a case where you would chargeback. I wouldn’t even think about it but a reaction like this. While also charging me before my sub is due.
I have a friend that got Hydrogen his reseller says Hydrogen have only released that they are making progress and no firm ETA at the moment and were told anywhere from 2 days to a week. Some channels have came back for him already.
