Beast is still down. Came up a couple times for them to test various things. They tried to get NFL going, but it did not last long before they took it down.
I have quite a few channels down and changing channels takes longer than usual, hopefully it'll be sorted soon.
AFAIK the actual issues will come up if the provider is unable to migrate to a new platform before their current xtream codes license expires. It would run fine for the current license validity period (monthly) which is how most operators that are currently online is managing to stay up. Even during this time, they cant add users, channels or modify anything as they do not have access to the panel.
From what I hear, the available alternative options are not so good especially if the provider is large and it could take a while until a proper replacement is found.
Source: My IPTV provider who is more upfront about the ongoing issues and who has refused to accept new payments until they can come up with a viable solution.

No melt down here. Mine never even had the slightest hiccup!
Smoothstreams was solid. Watched the DTV Red Zone channel and SNF, no problems.
For me, Canadian and majority of US channels are fine (although some do take a while to actually initially load), BUT Italian channels are completely down!
In UK I can't seem to find any that are working properly

€12 per month connection on a Mag 256 box here, direct from source no reseller. Expecting it to be gone everytime I turn on the TV but it hasn't missed a beat. Had two portal address changes in August though. Does seem a bit slower to change between channels is my only complaint. Not posting any details here sorry anyone looking. The current ****storm, I think, has a lot to do with people posting information publicly. Greed for money.

Jarvis and eternal going fine. However we know no provider has working 3pms, espn+ etc.
streams 4 us went down. got a msg they supposedly bringing up channels yesterday, but no nfl games for me today. i'll try again tomorrow for mlb
Beams has been okay for me. 3pm football was flawless. takes upto 30 secs to charge channels but i can put up with that for now
Primestreams is about 50/50... Msg on their site says they're looking for a replacement...and until then, things won't be normal...

Mine is back up and running.... The guys are superb... And I have never seen them mentioned on here.... And no I wont mention them either 😁
Migration completed with my supplier ... testing the full service today/tomorrow for release Wednesday so will be glad to get back to reselling

I've got crystal and it's been totally down since the outage. I signed up for a month to sportztv and I did get the NFL last night but the freezing and buffering were just awful. I hope crystal comes back soon so I can drop sportztv.
Update: crystal has one test channel up. Fingers crossed they get fully online soon.
Update 9.24: crystal still down even their test channel not working. Sent email to support no response nothing on their WEB page...

As a new user, what services are actually accepting new customers? Are any open and working at this time? I see many say "this is working", but not accepting new subs. That doesn't help those that don't already have a service. Can anyone identify any non-XC offerings or existing XC offerings that ARE accepting new subs?

The service I use is fine so far, no down time or other cock-ups to report.
As of yesterday nothing was working, lots of annoyed customers in the telegram chat complaining.
It's come at a very bad time with the Rugby World cup starting over the weekend.
Jarvis is working well. A couple channels went down.. But so far the channels that I saw down had a back up channel to keep me going.. I think if I didnt know about the xc issues... I wouldn't think anything was wrong... Jarvis is a top notch service..
My provider has aquired a new panel as they was with xtream-codes, they are migrating the data over and should be up soon hats off to all the people working to get us back up and running!
I have two services, one is unknown source (get it from a group of resellers with a good Kodi build), other is team expat. The unknown has been totally down, they tested a few uk Channels yesterday. Expat most US channels never went down and NFL worked yesterday... Both services hoping to have a fix later this week.

bit-tv has been up and down since the XC drama... had no joy at all on NFL Redzone last night. Looks like they are migrating.
Do any providers offer movies on demand?
Tested Sky and Rapidiptv. Some of sky doesn't work, some buffers a lot. Rapidiptv surprised me with the amount of working channels and their stability.

No problems with myfireplex so far.
In my case I am receiving the service I paid for (Helix). I am having problems with some channels but I am not sure if this is due to the "meltdown" or something else. I am going to wait for a week to see how it evolves.
Try to sign up directly to prime streams but prime streams is also down

All NFL Sunday ticket channels were down for eternal tv.. At least I still had NFL replay channel still working

My beast back with about 540 channels. Also noticed my expiry date has been bumped up a month just like they stated they would.
UPDATE(9/28/19): now showing 1173 channels but only working on my IPTV app on iOS. Can’t seem to connect via web player or app on my lg smart tv.
I have stooped so low that I am using random M3U to watch something - anything, on VLC.
Guys who run lightstreams giving out very little info or none at all now. They just want me to jump to another package that costs more. I used a tail and it was not good for sports at all.
My Area 51 is working for the things I watch, YES Network, American news, American cable tv stations. MLB Season Pass, not working. Keep holding my breath it stays active until MLB post season concludes.

I watched PL games on Helix this weekend.. some of the groups and EPG listings are a bit all over the place and missing some info, but they did their best to get live football working. You had UK & USA streams to pick from. The Spurs game was great in 720p 60fps on NBC SN.
No real issues for mine whatsoever.
MyBoomMedia still out for me. They posted a notice saying the app was up and running but they were still uploading the channels but I still can’t even open the app. Opened a ticket but no idea how long till they address that. So basically no service yet and I’m getting really annoyed. Plus their online chat help isn’t working.
Beams - renewed, got a new log in but been unable to log in, my mates that are with them say the streams are still working for them, not responding to emails! Reality Media - hoping to be back up very soon, keeping us updated constantly! Ultimatemania - Managed to get all the games working for us over the weekend, keeping us updated! Mstreams - Signed up over weekend after seeing they've been unaffected, everything I've tried has worked so hats off to them!
BlastOff is back up with @100 channels. You have to use their multiview app that you can get off filelinked (code 25132964). You need to uninstall any previous versions of BlastOff apps and install this. If you get an install error make sure the Smarts version is deleted first if you have it installed.
FYI, they are not taking new subs due to the issues.
