The best current service with Spanish Soccer (la liga) and Champions League?

I made the mistake of going with buy-iptv.com (already purchased a year), only to find that most of their streams don't work and the ones that do are arab country streams.My preference (because it's what I'm used to being from Central America) is the Mexican ESPN and FOX sports narrators.So probably mexican channels would be good, but honestly, all i want is to be able to watch the matches from Champions League and other European soccer games (most of all La Liga). It can be in English or Spanish. M3U I can run on my VLC player.

Any recommendations?

There's currently a big server issue I think regarding IPTVs

You could use eleven sports for La Liga though.

If not, maybe try Helix but it's very likely not to work until the server issue is over.
