A lot of "Lifetime" are scams, from your other comment it sounds like your sister bought an all in one package, which usually work for a short while then stop working after they've already got your money
Even if you figured out the providers, there's probably nothing you can do, the best thing is to cut your losses and go with a new provider, best to pay 1 month at a time rather than for 1 year or lifetime, you can find reviews here /r/iptvreviews
