I’m Disappointed My Provider Is Behaving Like This Now.

They posted this on their discord server recently and I must admit I’m slightly discouraged by this on 2 fronts. Whilst I don’t agree with chargebacks, in this instance I can understand it. Those doing so probably aren’t familiar with the ins and outs of IPTV they just see their channels not working therefor I want my money back.

Secondly this seems like my provider is feeling the pressure to deliver. I must point out that they have been nothing but first class in the 2 years I’ve been with them but the first sign of major trouble and all professionalism goes out the window?

I can only imagine the kind of idiots they deal with on a daily basis but this can’t be your tactic going forward.

It amazes me that iptv buyers don’t realize that they are buying a service from criminals and expect them to behave like normal businesses. Your crack dealer will make threats if you try to screw him over too.

You're paying dirt cheap prices for pirate service. This is why you should only buy month to month. At WORST you lose a partial month of $20, this all depends on how many services you have. Still one month of a Cable providers service is months if not a year's worth of an IPTV price.

In any case, the customer's money has been paid but not received due services, the most basic job is to refund.

I don't agree with chargebacks, but mention on there of yet another shared database, if there is still such a thing then obviously some providers didn't learn from the mistake of all sharing a database the first time around......

Yeah bullshit on the database for multiple providers. If your provider acts this way find a new one, my main provider has been great throughout this fiasco. Always keeping updates on what's is going on with the service. My provider website went down but streams were still working. Took them about a week to get everything back to normal. There are providers out there working day and night to have service up and ready and won't treat there customers like OP provider has

It’s not like these providers have an HR department or anything to answer to. Also, this is a reason why people should always use fake names and addresses when signing up as well as a fake email. What is appalling to me is why is the provider spending the time to put people on blast and not searching for a panel solution? Seems like a waste of time to be doing all of that. Just put a message out saying anyone who does a chargeback will be banned from using their service ever again and just move on.

This is why I dont tell noobs about iptv and sure as hell don’t refer working services to clueless posters.

Secondly, anyone doing chargebacks shouldn’t have access to iptv moving forward. We are pirates, and sometimes that means shitting the bed and walking the plank. The nature of iptv is summed up well there.

Now, iptv services acting like jackasses....cancel their service and move on.

Kind of a dick move on the part of your provider. But I can see where they're coming from. My provider is awesome! they even hooked us up with a 5$ deal for a month of Hive since it was the only one running. That deal only lasted a day before some asshole blabbed about it and flooded them. They even offered a free month to Beast subs because of the whole outage.

My IPTV service (won't name them here.) are acting like jackasses and wont give me a partial refund for the donwtime and loss of access to most of the channels I was watching. "Sales are final" is what i got in response. That's total BS if you ask me. I cancelled and waiting until everything is sorted out with these issues before moving to another IPTV service. I was hoping they would be more professional and understanding and I got nothing of that from them. They also failed to keep me updated on what was happening and the issues they were having with their service.
