MFG

by NoahManiacal

While I wait for my provider to get its shit together I was thinking about subbing with MFG for a month. I’d read how they didn’t use XC and so were unaffected. Could someone subbing with them provide some insight into their service? Are they in fact working, what has your experience been like? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I subscribed a week ago to MFG and have had no buffering or playing issues. However, they are my backup and I don't watch them as much. It took almost 24 hours to receive my password. The EPG quit on day 2, but since I use Tivimate I assigned my other providers EPG to MFG. I see no difference between their VIP channels and other channels. They have a decent VOD selection, but I don't use VOD so I can't vouch for the VOD playback. They are well worth a one month subscription to see if they fit your needs.

My beast went down so I got MFG I'm in Canada, so, most of the Canadian channels are not working I'd say around 90%, really disappointed because I just wanna watch cp24 and them sportnets channels. Their 24/7 works amazing All over channels works fine But if you are looking for Canadian channels I'd try to find another provider.

The attitude towards providers on this subreddit blows my mind. Providing services that aren't legal that gives you 1000+ channels in, most cases, HD quality for ~$10/mth is crazy. Even if you just watch the standard channels you had with an old Cable/Satellite package you are saving ~$100/mth. Throw in the sports packages....For ~$10/mth....nuts. And we have people complaining about their service going down. Your illegal service for $10/mth has gone down and you are dissapointed that you aren't getting immediate results. I'm guessing a lot of these people never had to subscribe to a cable/satellite package before or try to deal with black boxes to get 'free tv' back in the day. Then maybe you'd appreciate what you are getting and realize the value of these services.

I've subscribed to MFG via Boom Media but in light of the recent legal action, I'm looking to subscribe via a different re-seller. It is an excellent service, little downtime and channels from all over the world in a very good guide.

Can someone point me in the right direction to get re-subscribed via a different re-seller?
