My service doesn't work. I have a MAG and the port url is not reachable. I haven't got a reply yet for support and the site is still down. I bought the 12 months contract. :(
The service is minimally back up. No UK channels working, the Brazil channels dissappeared, Canadian channels are gone, French Channels don't work. Ney on Polish and Russian channels. VOD is gone. 24/7 dissappeared. I stopped checking. The service was once very good. Now it looks like there is a lot of work to do to get things back to the level of the competition.
Their website says under maintenance.
