Yeah you gotta provide more info dude...
I mean there is no mention of the service (which isn't entirely needed) but would matter if that service still hasn't recovered from the recent issues. Some providers returned or still work(ed) but had many channels not functioning.
Is it all channels, just specific channel(s)? Did it work yesterday and now not today?
Have you tried different locations/servers within IPVanish? Add a "speed test" app on the device, not for speed itself but to verify when you are connected to the IPVanish server it is pulling numbers...meaning it is in fact transmitting data. I keep "analiti" on my androids and firestick. Just to see if something doesn't seem right on the provider, I can verify w and w/o VPN connected that the internet is in fact functioning.

If you login to your account on ipvanish and look at US servers, ALL of them in US are loaded no less than 38 %, but many are loaded as much as 80-90 %. I believe they have oversold their market in the US, and are running out of IP addresses. I have been dropped off servers, or connect to one nearby and my download speed goes from 235 mbps . to 750 kbps. I connect to Mexico or Canada servers to get any kind of decent ping time without a loaded down server. I will NOT be re-upping my subscription.
I log into my other vpn service and my download speeds are closer to actual speeds from my ISP.
Not working in what way? Can you load the internet on the device? Is it just iptv that's not working?
More info will go a long way to help.
