You must have bought off of a reseller. I'm subbed to them and I'm having no problems like that. They went down and are rebuilding, but all subs are being honored and they are giving users extra time on their accounts to make up for their down time.
Did you sub from "Darrel" or "Sam Peak" ? Yeah, they are scammers and not a part of the DarkMEDIA group. It was announced on the DarkMEDIA News page. They had a couple of posts there about them.

The guys in DM aren't scam artists at all. Darrel and Sam Peak are assholes. They took payments then sent everyone to the actual DM guys who didn't get the money that they took.
I don't understand the anger in a lot of people..... You run a very big risk buying IPTV ....it's not a illegal product..... It is a shady underground thing you need to accept the risk and move on....is what it is.......I got a kick out of the people who scream and holler cuz their provider went down or took their money and ran and they scream there a crook there a thief..... news flash......You're part of this transaction of this operation so you are to... except these facts

I get that your upset about having "your business" stole From under you, but you partnering up with someone knowing thay did all these terrible things speaks volumes about your character. Dark media maybe a scam, and then maybe not. I purchased from a reseller who seems to be in communication with them. Ive still got a active account, and it seems like they are putting forth a effort to get the service back up and running like it did before. It sounds as if your less concerned about any customers who may have been duped and more concerned with playing the victim Move on dude. Most people on this subreddit already know not to buy more than a couple of months at a time, and those that dont do now. Again, why would darkmedia put in so much effort if all they doing is a scam. If that truly was the case they had a perfect out a week ago when all this shit went down. Your just not making any sense man

I am telling people to avoid Dark Media because..The person I invited in when he had no money and a baby on the way was constantly inboxing me about having no money and a baby on the way! Me as a mate took him in he paid no money at all! I looked after him set him up and split any money paid! This is all true! Baring in mind this person already had a service with 2k users before! He shut up shop after a few months taking all money and never appeared again! Leaving users with no service! I am warning all my users and all future users that Oliver’s plan is too take as many subs as possible and close shop!
