Resellers ... Are You Asking Customers To Renew When Things Are Uncertain?

I know it’s only £10 but it’d be interesting to know if you’re still making customers pay when you don’t know if things are gonna be back to normal.

If so, are you being completely transparent with customers and then let them make that choice?

At the mo cant renew customers due to there being no panel.

my customers have been kept up to date since the whole shit storm, they're all clued up with what is happening and almost all of them are happy to renew their sub.

I am however holding back from taking new subscriptions until the mess has been cleared up - we've recently just got back online (yesterday) and things seem quite stable, we have a skeleton library (just UK channels) at the moment but will be getting world wide content on over the weekend hopefully, followed by on demand.
