I've seen it also depends on your own connection. I would suggest you try out several and find one that you can use as your primary one. I run 2-3 at the same time, and have found good results with some, bad with others.
I've been using primestreams and I've been loving it for a month now.

I have used Gears. It has been very reliable for sports. I have also tried Hydr0gen but bought one day before everything went nuts with the IPTV shutdown a week back. Of what I've seen with Hydr0gen, the picture quality is much better for sports. Usually a sharp picture with 60fps. Not sure hydr0gen is taking new clients right now as they get back up and running (which is happening) but worth a try once they are back at full speed.
