Hi guys,

I bought off DHGate a 1 year sub. All good, actually the best so far. Sadly I had my static IP blocked. I think it's due to having multiple Apple TV's in the house and someone using the service at the same time. Problem is the reseller is based in China, and can't get hold of him. I want my IP unblocked. I assume he's a reseller so I'm hoping I can trace the provider or someone else who can help me remove my IP.
