Issues with Nitro?

by bbamesjond

Hey guys...reading a lot of threads here, I see IPTV has been problematic lately pretty much across the board. I've been using Nitro since June/July, and it's been really great for the most part. My usage is relegated to almost entirely sports (UFC PPV cards, boxing, baseball, etc), but as of late, most of the channels just haven't been working. A couple of the Fight Pass ESPN+ UFC cards recently just have not worked at all (and there's usually a dozen different channels playing that type of content). I guess this weekend will be the real test with a PPV UFC card, as there are channels dedicated solely to this (and since the Summer, it's been a flawless experience for these PPV cards).

Not really sure what I'm asking here...does anyone else use Nitro, and if so, does your experience as of late mirror mine? What are my alternatives here? If anyone from Nitro reads this, is this something actively being worked on?

The Xtreme situation was SERIOUS, Everybody is effected in some way yes even Nitro. It was Tested this Saturday for the Boxing Match and it did not go well (for me at least), luckily I have multiple services so I was able to watch the fight using that other service with no problems

Load balancing was just fixed so the UFC fight won’t be problem. Had a small hiccup with the boxing match over the weekend but NFL games were flawless.

Got a bit of an update..

It seems many of the channels on Nitro are working again, and at high quality. It's still not perfect (issues with UFC Fight Night, ESPN+, some Sportsnet, TSN) but definitely an improvement since last week. I'm looking forward to testing this out for the UFC 243 this weekend, and will post an update following the event.

Nitro was pretty perfect for UFC 243. None of the European channels work right which...which usually play UFC (bt sport) but the dedicated UFC channels had great quality streams.
