Multiple connections was detected by using xtreme codes panel so now that’s it’s gone does that mean they can’t tell if I’m using it on more than 1 device?

Depends on the panel your provider is using.
yesterday I changed the properties of one of my providers, upping the number of allowed connections. I watched in multiview and an additional screen didnt appear, only a message that I exceeded connections allowed. so to your question no.
