I want to try this one out but don't know if I should get it. How is it handling the downtime?

Been up for a few days. They are a good service been using them for about 9 months now. Occasional buffer on some stations normally only during peak hours. However I have a backup. I have had at least 9 different services over the years and this to me is a keeper.
