I noticed that the App's been behaving weirdly. I too use it on Amazon Firestick and it would not work on any channel nor on Movies section either. I tried playing with settings, refreshing DNS and nothing, I uninstalled and reinstalled the App, it started working again. It's happening on other Firesticks as well, I have an open ticket with them about that, give it a try and see if it starts working temporarily.
Edit: Just FYI, I've been using and watching it for the last 3 hours after uninstall and reinstall without any hiccups.

Huh, I have what I thought was a repackaged Helix sub. It had the same channel groupings. Maybe they just copied helixs format

My custom list is working in tivimate, but not on smarters. Might want to try a different player than smarters. Still lots of missing channels, but a good chunk of the usa channels appear to be working in tivimate.

Not working for me either. I think they started their migration to a new panel today and are still working the bugs out.
