With the demise of xtreme-codes it seems there will no longer be a standard api_panel, stream format, etc. This *could* mean that XE/XEEV could be of less use for us as various vendors solution their own middleware. I wonder if they could all use a common API? I only recently started using it and I really like it. So helpful with my 3 services. Any thoughts?
XEEV guys are pretty smart, likely the API line has interoperability with other panel's api, and if not, I'm sure theyre adding it in. If you cant get the API line to work, your provider ikely has an m3u playlist that you can use... not as good as the API as far as updates and stuff, but should still work.
It’s all been working fine for me. Both their XC api v2 and their Mag lines have continued to work during the recent upheaval, despite my provider changing servers and panels.
Its still working great for me. If anything its running even better now

My provider was using xc api but has switched panels since.
Importing of api still works.. don't ask me how! But it does :)
