I have read that epicstream seems to have added all accounts back manually and resellers provided the instructions to their users to re-connect. However epicstream have not taken responsibility for those resellers (who were selling their product) who folded. If at least the existing sub cannot be honoured, at the very least such users should have been offered instructions as to how to obtain a new log-in.
I don’t think Epic would have the account info for resellers clients. And so would not know if they were genuine or not
