Anybody else having blank EPG problems today? Not seen anything tweeted by helix on the matter. Seeing a blank EPG across 3 different apps I'm using for the service. (TiviMate, Perfect Player and the Helix TV app) logged out of Helix app, refreshed dns and tried refreshing EPG in all apps but no luck. Same for other users right now?
As long as I'm getting a picture, having an EPG is the least of my worries.
Not the perfect fix but works for me for the time being.
Goto iptv-epg.com set up your account link your m3u or upload m3u take the 5 day trial hopefully they will fix within the next five days.
Don't use their apps they cant cope with much more than 250 channels.
The site does have restrictions so unless you sub you may find only partial epg on random channels but at least you'll have some. I subbed for a month to get fuller tv guide and its working pretty good.
You can edit the m3u, remove groups and channels etc. and I guess that's the best way to do it if not paying since you limit how many channels need info and therefore more likely you'll get all your fav channels covered.
Same for The Beast, any ideas?
On TK they are saying that the panel many providers are now using, decided to do an update and bollocks everything up. This might be why multiple providers are down.

I can’t even get it to load. I’m stuck at “invalid server URL” when I try to log in despite reinstalling the app, clearing local data and cache, and rebooting all networks on my end. Anyone have a fix?

I watched the UFC ppv last night on helix and it was near flawless. One or 2 glitches after about 2 hours but great. Watching epl now

I wish the problem were just the EPG. I have moved to their new server but still things are far from good. Most of European channels are still unavailable, most of the US based Spanish channels are not available TSN Canadian and other Canadian channels are still down.
At the moment the whole IPTV thing is just not worth the trouble. It's been down so much that it just takes away any and all pleasure of watching anything on it. And even when it's working, there's buffering, plus you never know if you'll actually be able to watch that game in an hour or two, because it could be down again.
Working right now but with no EPG. Hope it doesn't go down for the footy.
Given up on Helix. Will wait until things settle down.
