I am new here so apologies in advance if this has been asked before. I looked for my answer but didn't have any luck...

In order to clean up some stuff I started a new IPTV account (same provider but different username and email). Issue I am having is on my Firestick I am unable to get it to log out of my previous subscription which is currently inactive. It seems my provider (MyIPTV) needs to release my device from my old account? Is there a way around this? I know these companies aren't always the most reliable. I have cleared the cache and files as well as forced stopped SoPlayer app, however it still generates my old information upon launching the app.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
