Yes, I followed their instructions and I was able to connect to their new server. The key step is Click you active service and then IPTV Service Details.

However, I am receiving a reduced amount of channels, and almost none of Canadian, European and US based Spanish channels.

Any idea when the EPG will let me see what is on?

I'm still having problems. One day channels are good, next day down or serious buffering issues.

Mines bee fine all day yesterday and today, everything working except for the live event channels as they never work until something’s on. I’m using a vpn router, and fibre broadband with an nvidia shield 4K, no issues here

I agree and would suggest to stay away from their service for now. They might be better in a month or so but as a new user to their service they sure have lots of issues. Ppv over the weekend was horrible. None worked right. Would stream but the source constantly stutters along. Same for red zone and most nfl didn't work. Nhl better find something else none work. Lots of channels down elsewhere. Overall I would not recommend them. Maybe over time they will get better but right now it's not worth it.

Been using them for over a year now on and off. This will be my last month subscribing from them, there are just far too many problems getting a stream to be stable for any length of time, regardless of quality.

Anyone else having issues with the EPG? I contacted support about not seeing any shows and got this (though it didn't fix it):

Please following the instructions below to restore EPG within Perfect Player:

Open Settings in Perfect Player

Open General

Open EPG 1

Change to Download At Each Update

Return to Main Screen

Allow Guide to Update and Populate

Return to EPG 1

Set back to Download Once A Day

dont know about other users but for me this service is beyond bad. i would say at least 60% of the channels i try to view dont work. And no, its nothing to do with what happened recently- most of them didnt work 2-3 months ago either. If you're american its probably ok, but if you're trying to view playlists like UK/ITALY/ISRAEL/GERMANY practically nothing works.

wont be using them again and seriously regret getting a 3 months plan with them.

Helix has also been hosting other sites for years and since things have heated up they have been rebranding those sight and are not allowing resellers to login the accounts and there for keeping the credits that resellers have purchased.

Yeah....rebooting your device and router doesn’t do a lot when half their channels aren’t working.

I changed all the settings - rebooted my device and router, and wouldn’t you know it....problems are still persistent, with many channel groups non functional.

If you’re a hockey fan, stay away from Helix.
