Hi, as the title says everything works fine when I add my playlist in VLC on my desktop PC. However, doing the same on my Sony Bravia Android TV trying various different IPTV apps will fail. Now, the channel list is rather big. Is it as simple as that the hardware in my TV is too limited and I have to get an external box for it to work? Any other suggestions?
I'm sure it has nothing to do with hardware. It's most likely your list format. What apps have you tried, and what is your URL (without username and password)?

Which service u sing? I'm looking for a live m3u line.
Probably the TV doesn’t have the power to deal with a very large list.
Options: Use a service like xeev (was Xtream editor) to create a m3u list that contains the channels you want or manually edit the list and host it somewhere and add it to your tv
