Yeah, they're probably gone.
They probably folded dude. Along with a lot of other resellers. Every single provider is only at maybe half capacity right now in regards to their channels. If you're going to sign up with someone else keep that in mind. You'll probably even get DMs now from some resellers telling you they're good to go but don't believe them.
