They don't. Pm me if you would like a vod only service
Nitro and a few others removed vod after settv got busted like in 2017
Not aware of them offering vod since then
For VOD, I use Plex. Check out /r/plexshares for information. There’s often free services available and plenty of cheap paid for.
Can anyone here tell me if catchup and epg are up again?

If you just bought it chances are like 4/5 of my providers they don't have VOD available right now. You could have also unknowingly purchased a live TV only package.
The focus is on rebuilding the channel lists and waiting for sources to migrate panels. Once this is done (next day or 2) you will see vast improvements across a lot of providers.
This doesn't mean Sky Calcio will be available but strong US, UK and CAD with sports shouldn't be a problem.
