Re-seller vs Supplier

by yensid1966

I have a question, how can we know who a re-seller is using as a supplier? Also how many suppliers are there?

Actually there are suppliers, providers, resellers, sub-resellers and even a few sub-sub-resellers. Suppliers typically only sell wholesale content to providers and don't take end user subscriptions

Some will say they are a re-seller but a lot of the times you can search a service via this subreddit and hopefully they appear with an answer. If not, ask person advertising the service, hopefully most should give you an honest answer.

Hope this helps for now, I'm sure someone else will have more info than me too haha :)

Cheers

There are very few actual suppliers compared to resellers and they don't advertise on Reddit directly for example Helix and Eternal.tv through helix has resellers and Eternal does not.

Generally speaking, you can tell who's what by they sell you.

A reseller deals with customers, and will usually let you pay just for a month or so.

Most providers or suppliers will not deal with end users. They won't even consider a 15 dollar order. Many will have minimum purchases that will easily cost you hundreds if not thousands to purchase.

Anyone with half a peanut brain will know the difference. :)
