It’s up on Area 51 and NeuMedia. NeuMedia has 2 Spectrum Sportsnet channels - one for the Dodgers and one for the Lakers.
They had some hiccups after the Xtream Codes issue last month, but they seem decent at the moment. US channels are primarily what's offered, and yes NeuMedia supports M3U.
I don't know if they have a Discord but I ordered from their website at neumediatv.net.
