MODS!!!!! This Darrel guy clearly has no life other than coming on this sub and trash talking DarkMEDIA. He provides no substantial help, reviews or information to the community. He was a reseller that has been burned by them for clear reason. You would do the community a favor by banning him from this sub. He is negative and does nothing but discredit a service that i would consider on par with many others that are experiencing growing pains in the current environment. I can say i have Beast, DarMedia and DS and out of the 3 Dark has the best service and support at the moment. Do us all a favor and BAN THIS GUY!

Having a solid internet connection doesn't mean anything... Many reasons could be causing that.. Try changing vpn server or try it on a different device

I ve had the same problem... I have had nothing but problems over the past month and half.

Waiting for support to respond back.

DM is awesome, occasional issues but their support team is great.

Mines been great to be honest, today is probably the worst day since the shutdown earlier

If you’re in the US, VPN only slows your internet connection down.

Maybe its you? If its just a firestick they are not that good. If you want to test it out i can add you to my server so you can test I dont have any issues with friends/family with buffering at all. While I download content or upload content to backup

Running on a 2nd generation firestick. With different provider just fine.

The Amazon Firestick is a low power device. It does not have the CPU power to run a VPN and provide reliable smooth video. You should consider getting something better such as a NVidia Shield or a well powered Android box. I have a Formuler Z8 and it works great. Smooth video, no buffering with any provider I've tried.
