Does anyone know the answer to this? My cousins twice removed Paul Bearer is using MAC and eveything has gone black for him the new panel as far as I know is just an app so does anyone else know if the new platform is going to accept MAC still?

is NEW PRIME a service? or are you just talking about a general panel?
Why not ask the official supports channels? Such as your reseller, or the official Facebook support group for PRS...they are pretty informative and also want their resellers to be informative to customers. So realistically you should have plenty of places to ask this question directly.
