I feel your pain, try getting premium via xmltv website. The admin is a good guy and he is always helping. I got very annoyed when they ditch the m3u. Since they remove the m3u I am still asking how the Jarvis app is getting their feeds? Isn't using the same m3u concept but baked into an android app? I stop complaining on their discord channel because of the mods and how rude they are. I will wait for my sub to expire and move on.

Jarvis is one of the best providers I've been with this past year. unfortunately, cutting the m3u and mods attitude towards user feedback is what forced me to find other provider. I'm still hoping they can sort the m3u and app mishaps so I could go back to them but in the meantime, I'll look somewhere else for "greatness"

What’s the best way to find other prime resellers? I’m rooting for Jarvis. I really am. It was my first IPTV experience and it was perfect for me. I’m a loyal guy and understand stress can throw you off keel so will continue with them out of loyalty but have to prepare for them never becoming the person I married again.......

Can't believe they're forcing users to use their shitty proprietary app that only their mods and sheep promote and rant about. Soon you won't be able to use their service with other players and leverage the tremendous value of XC in Tivimate or other solutions. They advertise this as "coming soon" awesomeness..

Just FYI. Jarvis himself makes zero...literally ZERO of the decisions. Jarvis resells prime streams so he HAS to go by what they say. He is literally only a messenger and a customer service front to primestreans.

Also, the platform/player is called Lenox. It's trash. But that's what it's called.

Mods - why was this deleted? This was a really good rundown of the experience since the XC shutdown.

I've had numerous problems with Helix since the XC shutdown but I'm too lazy to write them down.

People think complaining about Jarvis is going to change it. His fucking hands are tied just like everyone else reselling the same service. Tired of these sorry ass post that do nothing but complain. 3MU is still available, Jarvis is still around and responding. He has no answers until he gets answers.

I understand I have Jarvis too. Making a reseller feel like shit isn't going to fix anything. If you don't like how things are shaking out then find a new one. I found a reseller that had what I needed and that's the end of it.
