It was working fine up until a couple weeks ago and now it won't load. It should be noted that I am running it on a Mag 256 device on a different tv, without any issues. Anyone else having similar issues?

Helix is having lots of issues at the moment. Seems they haven't fully recovered from the 'take down' yet.
Remove the app and reinstall it and you should be fine, they did post it on twitter
Done it a couple times and its sorted the issue
