I've had problems tonight for the first time in a while, but hey ho, comes with the territory.
You sound like one of my customers who will open a ticket and after being told to provide as much detail as possible and info that will allow us to replicate the issue they are experiencing and all they send us is "not working". We then need to waterboard them to try and extract any info that will allow us to help them.

A cement mixer collided with a bus full of prison inmates on the information superhighway and 12 hardened convicts escaped. Meanwhile in other news, there were IPTV problems tonight. Now over to Phil with the weather.
