Just wanted to give my opinion on a this service,that I got 3 weeks ago.i have yet been able to enjoy it's been a mess with the service the guy who's running the service is even worst,keeps on giving excuses and does not fix accounts, how do you keep on taking new customers but did not fix previous accounts? I'm not the only one,discord support group is even worst with massive people complaining but no help,we need a solution refund/fix account I cant even put a ticket in because they disabled that on the dashboard, just wanted to warn everyone if you're considering this service STAY AWAY!!!
That's too bad, it seems like a common story as providers get their footing back.
I just heard from one of my longtime suppliers that he was going back on an agreed to price and decided not to extend access even though multiple promises were made when everything went to hell. Just because someone "owns" a business doesn't mean they know how to run one.
