LG smart TV iptv

by ddaaan

Could someone point me in the right direction of finding a decent supplier for the LG smart TV Web os apps, as I believe as an LG user I'm restricted to smarters or stb

Best bet is to buy you a 4k firestick (cheap, plays anything, most good apps) and use that. I have a lg tv and it sucks balls as far as apps, oh and the tv itself sucks balls too, 4 years old and backlight is gone, picture flickers (picture goes off and on)

Try and get Filelinked on your LG tv then you can get someone with stb smart app from YouTube.

I don't understand your request. I've installed ottplayer and I can play streams from every provider.

If you can install smart iptv then any supplier with an m3u will do, if you can install smart stb then you'll need a supplier that supplies for mag. Just have a look in r/iptvresellers but always worth checking r/iptvreviews too.

sportz.vodiptv.org may do mag not sure definitely do m3u has epg and plenty of channels it's basically helix iptv but slightly better deal imho.

oh oh, I'm crushed... I thought LG might be a good choice... was Hoping to get a NONsmart LG tv for black friday deals..? my SLAPsome (samsung that I have to Slap to keep from going off and on) sucks... I have a small win pc I prefer, Never gonna buy another 'smart' tv.. my dog is smarter than this on... so, if not LG either, what plain tv can be recommended? thanks

sturmey

just helped a friend set up ottplayer on his LG and using the info here https://publicdomainradio.blogspot.com/p/blog-page.html

works well, all native with no other things to buy and no ongoing costs.

You can try smarters it is decent. Not many service providers will provide m3u files nowadays.
