Helix has been garbage since their migration to new panel. Been trialing a couple and have been decent.

Looking for quality UK and USA sports

Yeah, I'm done with them now. Service has been awful for months, I know there's been problems, and I get that they're dealing with challenges due to recent events, but I basically only pay it for the footy and it's been unwatchable. Will look elsewhere.

Yeah, exact same issue right now, whenever you want to watch it for something it breaks, useless, I won't be renewing again

Been dreadful at peak times since the 'incident'. Works slightly better when no major sports events are on though, which says to me they are over subscribed. They are a shadow of what they once were unfortunately.

I'm watching Helix right now. But I wasn't able to connect a couple of hours ago. They've definitely been having problems since D-Day.

Been having lots of outages but I think my IP is getting blocked and it isn't actually the service going down. When I log a ticket, some of the reps can unblock and I can watch again. Some of the reps don't understand how to unblock.

So I can't tell if Helix is down or its just blocking people randomly. This has been ongoing for weeks.

Helix isn't good for any sports. Had it for a month and was absolutely fed up.

Same issues here- super flaky recently. On the whole, I find that some channels are fairly consistent while others are fairly consistently shitty. I use their m3u with npvr to record, and definitely know it's a server issue because my recordings end up missing big chunks.

I'm also looking for a new provider: preferably with m3u access, catch up and us/uk sports. Anyone?

Yep. Helix is struggling lately for sure!

It seems to go in a cycle. The whole thing goes down, then they get it back within 20 or 30 mins but with no EPG/catchup. Then the EPG comes back bit by bit and by a day or so later most of it works fine, then the whole thing goes down again.

You are probably right. Like I said its my back up though and every time I need it, it works.

Yea mine been shocking and the bawbags at helix blocked me on Twitter. What is decent out there for the footballs 3pm and most UK and USA sports. And most importantly reliable.

I use Helix with Tivimate on my shield, and I have built my own EPG. This way, the EPG is never wrong and all works well, including catchup. Yes, some channels disappear for a bit but with so many channels there is usually another one working that plays what I want to see.

im usually pretty happy with Helix when others havent and I've been pretty understanding since the big shakeup and theyve been ok since then BUT this weekend was a complete shit show. I couldnt watch almost anything. Hoping they made some big change

Not just Helix all of my providers have went down as of 10 minutes ago.

Same. Had quality/buffering issues with the F1 channel all weekend and before the race it died completely with the rest of the channels. Thank god for Ace Stream.

Used them before the bust and they were great. Since though they have been shit. Have got another service who is pretty decent now and shits all over helix. They always use the epg as an excuse and tbh it’s bollox

It pisses me off cause I need a catch up sub. Nearly all that are advertised are just helix rebrands. I find their excess of channels clunkly and unorganized. If nitro weren't expensive I'd go with them

NFL games worked till about 1pm pst then they went down.

Mines been terrible since the big event as well. I only have it for Canadian sports networks (tsn and Sportsnet) and they seem to have been down more often than up lately.

I cant even connect to purchase the next month of service. was good for a few months.. ☹️

Watched the F1 without any issues, but it shit the bed once I switched channels.

I'm using Helix thru xml the epg I'd Alwsys down really shitty. And down all tje time on Sunday nfl no good. I have Eternal TV and feel. Blessed to have them. No issues. Looking for something reailable like eternal tv for friends and family

It's not just helix for last month it's been happening because of xtream codes take down. They are working to migrate to new platform and they are also trying to work out all the bugs at the same time.

I am in the states and for movie channels works great for the games sometimes I use a vpn and then it works.

I am still testing a theory think my isp spectrum killing my signal for games unless I use a vpn

Nah f the UK channels that's what everyones done lol. Sports of course.

No one spends $50. max what my customers pay is $18.75 for 2 connections. Or $28.75 for 4 TV's.

We were one of the first ones to come back up without the issues of streaminy etc.

All USA And working like a charm.

Only thing we're lacking and not even a big deal is 24/7 channels but we have most of them back up.

Sure the next guy has 8000 channels but do you really care?
