What do you look for in a primary and backup subscription

by ElderEpidemic

Hey just curious what do you look for in a primary and backup subscription. I am new and pretty much just trying random services I find. I wonder if there is a logic on how you guys chose a primary and backup.

Also if you want to share who you use as a primary and backup that would be appreciated

Thanks

Your primary should have pretty much all content you want. And obviously, be stable, it may have the channels you desire, but are they stable, do they have a lot of downtime, constant buffering? A back up should also have the bulk of what you watch the most, but it's important to ensure your back up doesn't source channels from same place as your primary because both go down together which obviously, defeats the point of a back up!
