My advice, don’t get into iptv. Tell your dad just to go back to cable. He didn’t just buy a box because Buzztv boxs don’t come with a pre-installed service you must go out and acquire one unless he bought from a reseller that included a month or a year of service. Buzz boxs don’t buffer the service buffers and I will leave it at that. You didn’t mention a model considering buzz has 7 currently so there not a lot to go off of here just do you and your old man a favour and see if you can return and get your money back and don’t bother

I have one as well. It’s probably your service provider for iptv. Most iptv providers are going through issues right now. Try hooking up directly to router with an Ethernet cord and resetting router may help a bit too. Could even be your internet speed but I’m sure you know the basics.
