Best IPTV Player on Windows

Hi guys!

I have an IPTV list that I normally watch on my Mi Box. However sometimes I want to see on the PC, that runs Windows 7, and I use VLC for it. It doesn't seem very good for it because it's always very laggy.

Do you know any better player, without Kodi?
