Nope. But the app Web Caster Video can add an IPTV playlist and cast to your Roku
No. Roku has removed anything that can be used with IPTV. You will not find any m3u player with epg like the apps you've mentioned. Roku media player can play m3u but you'll have to personally edit the M3u to cut down to 50-100 channels you want because loading >1000 channels everytime you open it takes way too long. It is also very spotty (stream disconnects frequently).
The only feasible option that works reliably is Web Video Caster (you can find premium APKs on release-apk forums to get rid of ads). This app can load your m3u, allows you to search for channels which it will then cast to the Roku. It is the only app that I've found on any platform that can cast to Roku. It does not have EPG.
In short, if you're considering using your IPTV on Roku, you should should probably just get a Fire Stick.
You can with Ministra Player
For IPTV on rokus you will need go with a provider that supports Stalker or Ministra official apps. There are just a few but once you look around you can find them.
Use something like https://github.com/tellytv/telly with plex.
Inside the roku store just type it in the search bar.
unlike popular belief, roku DOES play a m3u playlist via roku media player (as long as you put the playlist on a USB drive). It is a bit clunky, but it DOES work.
