I don't know what provider you have, but try one that is known to provide a great service. PrimeStreams is really good and you can get it for $10USD/mo.
If you have the same issues with them, then get a new streaming box.
Time to get a 4K Firestick. Mag 254 worked great in the past but is greatly surpassed by new devices.

I have a very good service, internet is about 100mbs wired. Im thinking its the box or internet settings.
Lol 10 bucks/month what a ripoff. Ive tried literally 20+ providers. You know what the BEST one was? From Aliexpress, 25$/year.
Maybe get a better service Unsure could be number of things pure quality service box can't handle the service or your Internet is crap Tey changing the settings on the box or Tey the service on another device like your phone see if does the same or not
Than go from there if it plays okay on tour phone u know it's the box and so on
