I’d say wait until Jarvis is accepting new accounts, so at least you know you’ve got reasonable customer support via Discord.

They started migrating to a new panel yesterday for subs. They thought it would be done by the end of yesterday, but it's taking longer than they thought it would.

Don't worry too much. They are a solid service and you'll get hooked up.

Prime is doing maintenance so no one can do any subscriptions. Should be good to go tomorrow or sooner
