Hi, so, I need a program for my fire stick (apk) that lets me input my username and password along with a portal URL ( I don't think its an m3u URL / file ).
Most of the programs I've used only allow me to put in a Username and Password, BUT, the service I'm using requires me to input a portal URL for it to work.
Can someone please recommend me a free program I can use for my Amazon Fire Stick?

As mentioned above, I think XCIPTV and smarters are your best bet. The rest as far as I'm aware aren't really optimized well.
If you have a Samsung smart TV, Nanomid is really nice. But that doesn't have username and password option, it's a m3u upload.
paid version of tivimate is well worth it!!!
