Is there a good IPTV Player app for Apple TV which supports catch-up function? I remember trying IPTV Smarters in the past, but it didn't have catch-up on IOS (although my provider had catch-up feature.)

I second Snappy and op IPTV! The author has been working hard on improving the apps and they are some of the best I have tried. Some of the features I love are
Remember your IPTV service has to have the catchup, movies, Epg, etc for these features to work.
Full disclosure, I am testing both of these apps for the author thru Apples test flight and they are both just getting better and better!

Snappy IPTV and op IPTV both have TV Catchup sections. They aren't as well known as other apps, but they work well. (I'm the author)
iPlayTV supports catch-up if you use the XtreamCodes login method of adding your playlist. IP Smarters now supports catch-up.
